custom claw extractor

Where can I find someone who can make me a custom claw extractor out of spring steel for my CZ 550 Safari Magnum? Also where can I find custom components such as trigger assembly, safety assembly, etc. for a typical bolt action? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Ming
