speerchucker30x378I think that was the old BSA Monarch action. Parts for them are getting pretty scarce. You could try Western Gun Parts, Jack First and the others in hopes that they just happen to have a set from a rifle they have stripped. Short of that, if you can find a trigger guard and mag box, the floor plate array should be fairly simple to make for anyone with a mill and a torch. The floor plate, spring retainer and the pivot bar are simply silver soldered together and all of the parts are just buzzard grade 1018 or the like plate steel. The follower and spring can probably be substituted with a Mauser, 700 or 70 with some alterations. The trigger guard and latch will be where the machining costs will catch up to you.
I used to buy these from Herters in the late 60s; yes the U9 is the BSA. Barreled actions, blued, were $68.
Just make the bottom metal to fit the stock inlets. Rem 700 or P17 TG for starters. Cut off the front of the P17 and make the bottom solid. Doesn't need to open anyway. Lots of ways to do it.

Gary MacDonaldNumrich has the target single shot stocks available. Use as a blind mag or modify for bottom metal , $50
On Ebay there are usually NOS Herters U9 stock blanks at reasonable prices. As profiled they are functional {Not my cup of tea style wise.} but if you remove enough material they can be made into an attractive stock.
