Callahan bottom metal for M700s?

Has anyone replaced the factory M700 with the Callahan offering in stainless, chrome moly or the aluminium?

What is the quality like and is it a drop in with the same 'foot print' as the factory offering?

Longshot

Callahan is Potterfield house brand name for PT&G bottom metals. They are the same as the PT&G brand.
