I've dealt with OWS for decades; they used to be in California, now in WV.
What they are selling are NOT barreled actions as they advertise, but barreled receivers. No other parts.
The odds of getting a good barrel are low, I suspect.
But someone should go for it.
Might make good tent stakes.

A few years ago at a yard sale I found a prewar Model 70, stripped barreled receiver that someone had used for a stake or punch. Bowed out in the ejector slot.
Otherwise it wasn't in bad shape.

Kick myself for not buying it and having 1/2 of a shortened M70.
