Do ruger makes rifles outside the USA?

I wonder if ruger has some factory inside Europr for euroean market?

I don't know! But I do know F.W. Heym uses (or has in the past!!) Ruger No. 1 actions to make a Heym Bavarian-style single-shot.

Most (all?) the Rugers sold in Europe are US manufactured.
