By the way, that is the same grain layout that is in the stock blank on the other thread. The only difference being that in the picture YOU posted the blank is from a few inches closer to the OD of the tree! DUH!!

the "difference" is plain to see, for anyone with any experience in wood... grains in sapwood? much like some of the things you have recanted, it just aint there
please, scott, we all know where you say you haven't got any experience... and bluster doesn't cover that up
