Are the threads in Mauser reciever clocked?

Are the threads in Mauser reciever clocked?

I have screwed one PH Mauser barrel on the one VZ24 reciever, and the sight dovetails are lining up on top.

Is this a coincidence, or did they control the clocking in the female threads in the VZ24?

Came to TDC after you tightened the barrel AND the headspace was within tolerence? You were just lucky.
