What is available for aftermarket triggers for the Tikka T3 and for stocks?

Have not seen one, but Tikka does offer a set trigger I understand. May not be what you are looking for, but not aware of aftermarket for Tikkas. I shoot one of their Tactical T3's in 308 and it is a very functional, accurate rifle.
