Mossberg 500 front sight removal ?

I have one of those white bead sights on my 500 that I would like to replace, how do I remove the one thats on there now?

It's like the second one the ivory. I see that you need a wrench to remove it. Looks like I'll have to take a trip to the gunsmiths.
