Doug WFrom the makers of Loctite.
LOCTITE® SF 768 is a clear to yellow, solvent blend designed to remove cured cyanoacrylate adhesive from surfaces or to debond parts assembled with cyanoacrylate adhesive. Removes cured cyanoacrylate adhesive from surfaces Unbonds parts assembled with cyanoacrylate adhesive https://www.henkel-adhesives.c.../loctite_sf_768.htmlBarrel up, hose clamp a short piece of rubber hose (make sure it doesn't dissolve rubber) around the receiver ring, flood with 768, wait, tap on barrel to create vibration and hope for the best.
Good luck!

Duane Wiebe (CG&R)Wow...thank you Doug! 450 is a little more than I want to heat up an action..There's another issue and action may be toast anyway, but want to take it apart to see for sure
