Barrel up, hose clamp a short piece of rubber hose (make sure it doesn't dissolve rubber) around the receiver ring, flood with 768, wait, tap on barrel to create vibration and hope for the best.

Yes, Russ is right, heat it to 450 works perfect.

Wow...thank you Doug! 450 is a little more than I want to heat up an action..There's another issue and action may be toast anyway, but want to take it apart to see for sure
