95 Ford F150 4x4 Front Bumper

Anyone know where I can get a Front Bumper that can have a Winch attached for a 1995 F150 Ext Cab 4x4?

For one that old I think looking on ebay every once in a while might be the best option. I did find a U-weld kit:

Another option is to google up "winch carrier" and find a suitable bumper you like.

for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside
