griz78How much would you pay?
I have a Honda 300 Fourtrax 4x4 that I'm gonna fix to sell. It's a 1996, and I'm gonna rebuild the rear end, put new brakes, put new front bearing, and have seat recovered. Engine is in great shape. Fenders are in great shape(one small crack on rear fender). Back tires are super swampers but front tires need to be replaced. Buyer will put on tires that he wants.

Basically, it's gonna be a damn fine 4-wheeler when finished. I will probably have spent about $800-$900 to purchase and fix.How much would you want for it if it were yours?$1100-$1300$1300-$1500$1500-$1700$1700-$1900$1900+

griz78Well here it is. Though it's gonna cost more than what you cheap voters are willing to pay.

If anyone's interested let me know.

filmitI just did a comparison in our local classifieds here in utah and found a green '98 fourtrax 4x4 300 listed for $1,500. I don't think we're cheapskates but that's about the price I've seen them going for around here.
They are good bikes, light enough you can pick em up and move them if you get stuck. But in the 300 fourtrax models I much prefer the 2 wheel drive. They are a lot faster than the 4x4 and just about as hard to get stuck.
good luck selling and I hope you get your price out of it.

MarkPrice is a local and seasonal thing.
I'd suggest going to craigshelper.com and searching for what they are asking in your neck of the woods, and price accordingly.
Whatever they are bringing at the moment, plan on it being a few hundred more in the spring time.

griz78Ya'll are right. I've seen prices from $1100 to $2400. This one will remain for sell since I already have another 300 4x4.
I also thought about just keeping it for my son. Let him ride it instead of mine.
