PSmithYep, that's what I did first thing when I got it home, put on the NRA Life Member, Dallas Safari Club, SCI, and Smith & Wesson stickers.
Now I'm trying to find an Obama 2012 bumper sticker so it won't get vandalized for getting 10 miles per gallon and having such a big carbon footprint!

BwanaColeYep, SFHR stands for Scary Fast Hummer Racing.
Just competed the big H1 in the Tuareg Rallye in Morocco. Great times! Supercharged 6.2L, 18:1 pistons, studs, girdles, water injection, custom shocks and suspension.
Compared to desert racing a H1, safari hunting is cheap! If your interested:

Charles_HelmThere are quite a few guys at HummerXClub who can help troubleshoot problems if you run into any. Sadly, with Hummer's demise many of them are running Jeeps these days.
HummerXClub BoardWife drives an H3, does that count? It is actually a pretty stout little SUV. Got a 5-speed manual in it. I went over a huge snow pile the city made in it this winter. Had to get the manual out to figure out how to turn off the traction control though

Paul, is it as much fun as blowing carbon out of a 577 barrel???
Well sir, the H2 is fun, but I haven't had the pleasure of shooting a .577.
But I'm thinking shooting a really big, big-bore rifle is lots more fun than driving from Tallahassee to Birmingham. The only excitment is when I see a State Trooper.

RothkeYou should drive a REAL Humvee . . . There's no comparison.
I'll forgo the inclination to state the "Hummer" is an over-marketed, cosmetic, consumerist, gas-guzzling POS, put out by General Motors to sell to clueless types with more $$$ than sense.
It's not a Humvee, not even close.

dopeydaveUsed to have a sticker on my Jeep that said

415sbairdI use an H1 Alpha w/ Duramax/Allison on my ranch.
It goes where the ATVs cannot and is ideal for my sorry roads.
The GN hitch gives it the ability to pull anything I have, anywhere I want.

FlagsI drive a HumVee all the time. Except mine has a turret on top and will have either an M2 .50 Cal or an M-240 in 7.62 Nato depending on what we expect to run into.

N E 450 No2Once upon a time, my work car had to go to the shop, and parts needed to be ordered.
There were no avialable backup Cars...
So our Equipment SGT, a good friend of mine gave me the keys to our real Humvee.
We has siezed it from a Dope dealer, painted it up to suit us and rigged it out pretty nice as well.
I drove it for about 3 months, daily, in one of the 10 largest cities in the USA.
It was sort of a specticle where ever it went.
It would however jump any curb, go up, or down, any Hiway embankment, crash through any chain link or wood fence, chase people on foot through ANY field, cross most any creek, force most any other vehicle into the ditch, or spin them out...
I kinda liked it.

But I would not want one as a personally owned vehicle. They are just not that comfortable to drive...
They are great as a War Wagon however.

N E 450 No2I have also taken a couple of trips in an H2 with a friend of mine. She really likes her H2, and it rides good, and does have a LOT of cool factor.
However for me I would prefer a 3/4 ton 4x4 Suburban.
Or if they still made them a 4x4 Ford Excersion.
