Want to send a care package to a deployed MWD and h/her handler. Contacted the LRAFB and did not get a workable response. Searched the web and got a lot of info, but most was send us the money and we will take care of the rest. Would like to send package directly to a service member and or a unit. I see no reason to pay postage twice and lose 50% or more bang for the buck. Some of the stuff I have heard is hard to believe , units do not have boots for the dogs in cold weather, no cold or hot weather gear.
