Michael Robinsonlong range wolf hunting....any interest.
Observations only:
Six or seven hundred yard shots strike me as a recipe for wounding, under any but ideal wind conditions. As in little or none.
I have shot targets at those ranges and any appreciable wind will radically raise the odds on making a successful shot.

MARK H. YOUNGGuys,
I've hunted with Doug and I know what kind of show he puts on. He's also offering a hunt for a very special trophy. The price is more than fair.

chilcotin hillbillythanks Mark,
the price is a good price for this type of hunt.
The opinions I am hearing from different long range shooters varies quite a bit.
The wind conditions in the winter typically are ideal for long range shooting. It can be dead calm for weeks quite often. We do get some big winds when weather is changing.
Interesting conversation. I am getting some feedback from other sites as well.
