F class in the UK
We have witnessed a growth in F class and F/T shooter numbers here in the UK. But has it reached its peak.

With ever increasing costs in competitive rigs, travel, accomadation, reloading materials etc. Has it had its day?

AFAIAA there are only 3 ranges where 1000m F class comps can be held in the UK Bisley, Diggle and Blair Athol. With only Diggle hosting regular comps.

Jools, when I went to Manchester University we shot at a full bore range perhaps an hour or so away. Can't remember the name of the range (long time ago). Is it still around?
Glad that F class is so successful. We have the same problem (lack of long range ranges) in the USA as well.
Peter.

It depends upon how long ago it was that you were at Mnchester Uni. A good few ranges have closed over theyears. It could have been Diggle. You would have been heading out of Manchester towards Huddersfield if it was.

I think your provision of LR range facilities far out strips what we have here in the UK. Plus what you have is much better equiped by way of covered firing points and club houses etc.
