Anyone Knows How To Do This?
The kids do projects for school. And for that they collect a lot of photos off the Internet.

They do the usual SHIF-CLICK to open the image in another window on the screen, after having done this to several images, they RIGHT-CLICK and point the mouse pointer to SAVE IMAGE.

They have to do this with each image.

Is there a way of saving all the open images all at once?

On a Mac you can right-click on any photo on internet and are given the options of "save under" or "copy to". It's a one-step procedure.

The same on a PC.
But I was wondering if there is a way of saving all at once.

Tried messing with this for a while. Dragging them to a destination file works but not really quicker than right clicking. Couldn't find a way to mass save em. Maybe time for a query in the MS tech forums.

Depending on the browser click on File and scroll down and "save page as" for "type" pick "web page complete". you will see a directory where all the html and photos will go. this is in Firefox.

If you don't see the tool bar "file" option up top, pressing the alt key should show it.

Sure but how do you save photos in separate open browsers in one shot? IE - open X number of pages with a photo in each and save them all with one procedure.

OK find a copy of Webripper

It allows you to load a number of URLs into it and it will follow that URL and any URL that is imbedded as a link from the original site.

Or you can click on the photo with the mouse's pointer, hold the button pressed, and drag it to the desktop. Now, if I want to drag a bunch of photos to the desktop, I press and hold the "command" key (left of the shift key), click one time on each photo (this highlights each photo without removing the previous highlighted ones). Then, with the command key still pressed I click on one of the highlighted photos and drag it to the desktop. The entire group of photos will be saved to the desktop.

I can do the same with a PC, but OSX is a lot simpler.
