Mauser K98Need to Touch-Up Safari Photos
Was given a Nikon COOLPIX S9300 to take on my first Safari.
This little digital camera took Great Photos. Some photos I want to touch up--to dark, to light, etc.
Photoshop is a little $$$$ for what I want to do. Is there any Software out there for less than $30.00 or free that will do the basics?
Thanks for any information.

GeorgeSGIMP, Picasa, and IrfanView are free.
GIMP, if you learn how to use it, has all the features of Photoshop.

Great advice by George...
But you may want to consider making a very small investment in PS Elements11... $63 +FREE shipping...
http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-65...hotoshop+elements+11It's a fantastic piece of software and powerful for most needs...and once you practice and get to know your tools you can get some wonderfully enhanced images.
Hope that helps

larrysI have Elements and it works great. You can probably go to eBay and get an earlier version cheaper. I still use version 9.

ramrod340I simply use Picasa from Google. Basic editing is easy. Plus it manages my pictures.
