GSP7Ok I checked that page. Whats GIMP?

HuntRGIMP is a graphics program that is, what I would say, more powerful than Microsoft PictureIt and it is free. It is open source software than began as a Linux program that is now available for the Windows operating system. A lot of great software is open source and sourceforge.net is a good place to get it.

I see you edited your post about "cracking" the free download you got from Limewire. Doesn't really matter. Downloading and using software from Limewire is illegal. You can't argue that, and that was my point.
I'm all for being helpful. Admitting you're doing something illegal just isn't very bright.

erictTry this page, then look for "Picasa" - it's free picture editing software from Google. You may be pretty impressed for what you get for free. (I use Photoshop 7, but it ain't free).

AlaskenLimewire is a ptp (peer to peer) network sharing files on the internet. You can download their software for free and you'll be able to search for anything you want to find, apps, movies, music, etc.
Downloading and using a "shared" file with a serial number if you can that find that too is illegal.
In his pre-edited post joecool said something about a $800 app he had just downloaded and cracked to get operating.
I was just amazed that someone would post the fact that he was using limewire telling everyone he was getting "free" $800 software.

And I have a hard time with people that continue to shoot off their mouths and acting like they are as pure as the wind driven snow. Gotta love these critics that are free and easy with the name calling while hiding behind their keyboards.

Paul Braskyjoecool, I'll also vouch for Picasa. After using Adobe Photoshop 5.0 for many years, I found Picasa to be much more intuitve/easier to manage. It also accepts RAW files whereas my old Photoshop program would not. Try it, you'll like it!

GSP7I checked out Picasa , just typed it in search.
Any problems if I download it? It says its free. Is that true or am I going to get some pop-ups wanting my credit card?

Paul BraskyGSP7, I had no problems with it downloading to Win. 98 (early version) & Win. XP PC's. No credit card surprises either. However, if you uninstall it, they'll ask you for a critique (very brief) before you finish.
