you made two mistakes
to begin with- when you put the image tags at the front and rear of the URL for the picture just use Code:

[img] and [/img]

don't spell out "image"

the other mistake you made was you copied the URL for the page that your picture was on. You need just the URL address of the picture- not the page.
Right click on the picture and hit "properties"
then copy&paste the URL of just the picture and put it between the tags
