Canon G 12 or the Nikon 7100

Anyone have any experience with either? There is also a Fuji XC10 that fits into the mix as well

If you are not in a hurry, I suggest you wait until next month and get the Canon G1X.

Of the two you have mentioned, I have been using G12 for a while and I am very happy with it.

I have no experience of the Nikon 7100. But, from past experience with small Nikons I prefer the Canons.
