Quarantine photography
After more than two weeks of confinement I have found that taking a couple of pictures on my one hour authorised walk around the neighbourhood gives me something to do. Some tress growing in an inundated field:

Nice photos. Have you gone to digital or are you still using an SLR? I still have my Nikons but the film is getting harder to find + developers as well.

Never mistake motion for action.

I have several film cameras (Nikon FM2, F3HP, F100), and some film. But processing costs, especially if you want the images digitized, are pretty steep where I live. I use my digital cameras (and I have far too many of them as well) for 99.9% of everything.

I can relate. I still have my Nikons F + a dual lense Yashika-Mat studio camera in 120 film (which is also unavailable) as well as 2 of my grandfather's Eastman bellows cameras.

I had a Yashica-Mat 124 when I was beginning photograpy. Medium format was my favorite but I couldn't afford a high end film camera in those days. 120 film is available now, in a fairly wide range of products at that.

Even 4 X 5 sheet film is available again.

Thanks for the film turn on Wink. I thought I might have to retire my Yashika to the glass cabinet.

Sun came out, which makes staying put even harder. So some pictures from the back yard.

Very nice pics Wink. My irises are all out + we had an early spring of our fields of bluebonnets here on the ranch. No pictures of course.

It's hard to do Earth Day photography with only a backyard as a subject area. Time to take macro-photography seriously I guess.

I still have all my lenses a well as my Nikon 600 MM telephoto that I just don't use any more due to the trouble getting 35 MM film. Almost not worth the effort. But they don't eat anything sitting in the cabinet.
