Can anyone tell me if VHS video tapes made in Britain will play in American videos players ???
I have a tape i would like to send toa American friend........Will he be able to play it ??

No - - - PAL format will not play in NTSC players, and vice-versa.

There are some video players which can play either formats (although the one I have can only record in one).
