Ruger 96 44?
Picked up a 96 ruger in 44 mag, so far is one of the most accurate levers I've shot. Only the limited mag length has been an issue. Does any one else own and shoot one of these? What about loads used?

This is one of my favorite rifles. I have many people claim they shoot for shit. But I can routinely group sub 1" groups at 50 and no more than 1 1/2" groups at a 100. Don't have my exact loads handy. I have had very good luck with nolser 250 grain partition over a max load of H110. The other load I have great luck with is a 255 grain hardcast by cast performance with a max load of 296. If you try the cast performance bullets do not get the 275 grain. They wil not fit in the magazine. The 300 grain will work though as the crimping groove is posistioned the same as the on 255.
