Found an 1894 in .44
Looks to be in good condition, 44 mag, Pawn Shop is asking $379.99, May be able to get them down to $320 or so. Is it worth pursuing?

If its an octogon barrel cowboy gun the price is Ok. if its a round barrel carbine the price is too high. 300-325 is normal for a used carbine with round barrel

A friend of mine recently died. He had a like new M94 AE I believe. I do know it was a .44 Magnum Trapper style with the 16 inch barrel.
A large local gun shop gave the family $375 for it. I suspect the gun shop already had it on a list for a regular customer at maybe $600.

Thanks Rusty, I do believe it is the round barrel.
