BlammerWin 94 in 357 mag
Here is a pic of a target I shot today.
Shooting 200 gr lead flat point with Lil gun powder out of my Win 94 in 357 mag.
The place where is says 9 shot were, the paper target was ripped back a bit and allowd the bullet to pass with out "marking" the target.
I've been wondering what to say. Heck, I didn't even know they made a 94 in .357. I suppose it might have something to do with Cowboy action shooting? Wouldn't a 92 be better for the .357 ?
I had a Marlin in 357 that shot something like yours. only with my reloads with 125 gr HP made for my revolver.

BlammerMine is a 24" barrel. I'm not into cowboy action shooting, just picked it up on a whim many years ago and just love shooting with it.
I took a nice basket 8 pt buck a few years back at 40 yards and a 80 pound hog too at 10 yards. Both with the 170gr Speer flat point.
Just thought I'd post it up, as I'm shooting cast bullets in it now for practice and fun.
So you have a 24" "big" 94 in .357 &
Jon has a "short" 16" 94 in 30-30 &
Mine's just right, 30-30 at 20"

But look on the bright side, they're all Wins. (Pun)

AvatarI used to have a 16" 94 in 357.
It shot pretty good out to about 80yds with the factory sights. The sight plane was probably less than 12".
It was a hammer on feral goats and kangaroos with 125grn XTP handloads.
