I had already seen it and was wondering why they would sell it too. The only negative (TO ME) is the mounted peep sight. That gun should easily command $500+.

well, unless it was 100% NIB it doesnt matter if its factory correct. i dont understand how someone set it up with a peep (SMART) and then i didnt get hunted.

The peep is not necessairly a negative. Marlins were drilled and tapped until recently, so one could remove the sight and put the filler screws in and no one would know it was ever there. I like the peep for rield use myself.
