Matt NormanFolding stock for 10-22
Choate or Butler Creek? Any opinions on which is more solid and shooter friendly?

AlloutHave nothing to compare it to, but I love my Butler Creek folding stock. Couldn't envision having a 10-22 any other way. I put a red dot scope on it because the metal folding arm didn't allow me to "get into" the stock like I am used to doing. the dot makes for easy target acquisition no matter what position your head is in.

FerdinanddI've tried the Butler Creek, and some type of fold-under stocks. I owned a Choate, and hope to buy another one of those for my current 10/22. It locks up solid, feels good on the cheek, and seems robust and reliable. Just my $.02.
