Twice in the last week I have the icon that i have a new PM, I click it and nothing? are they working? Please help!!

Yes, they're working fine.

Are you saying that you see the flag but when you check, there are no new PMs?

That may be a cache issue in your browser. Exit the site, clear the cache, and come back.
