Like the title states, I'm new and can't find the "New Posts" button. Not only is the Reloading forums new to me, but also the forum software and I'm not familiar with it yet.

There is no "new posts" button.

When there is a new post in a forum, the bullet to the left of that forum title is in color. If you've seen all the posts, there is only a unlit light bulb.
