I visit a number of forums and once registered login is automatic. So far on this site I seem to have to login everytime I come aboard. Am I missing some setting or the other... please advise.

You should not have an issue with logging in.

One thing that I have done is when logging in for the first time it will ask to "remember password" and sometimes the "no" tab will get clicked instead of "yes", so I would suggest checking that first.
