I've got a buddy here that's having issues logging in. This stems from changes made on his end (new PC and new email address). Unfortunately, using the recover password tool, he doesn't get the email for the change. I'm intervening for him because of course he can't post here. His information is as follows;

new email: famaxwell52@gmail.com
his name: Alex Maxwell

Whatever you can do to resolve this for him would be appreciated, I'm sure.

I have sent him his registration details.

He should check his spam filter if he does not see it.
