It says I have a new PM but when I go to my PM's, nothing new is there????? Am I doing somethng wrong?

At least you still get PM alerts.
I used to, until that suddenly stopped several years ago. I still receivd PMs but never alerts. The only way I know that PMs havd arrived is by going into the Personal Zone and checking.
