would it make sense to have a forum for people looking for hunts??

Isn't that what "Outfitters Offered and Discounted Hunts" is for? That is where I used to go, then finding something similar, I would contact the outfit.

Your best best is to inquire in the forum that focuses on the part of the world or species you are interested in hunting.

The forum Peter refers to is for hunt offers, not requests.
