Okay, I just figured out how to make one, Can someone please tell me how to add it to my profile?

Under your profile you will see a section called Avatar and "edit".

Go to edit and on the right, above the canned avatars you'll find a "custom" link.

That will let you upload the one on your pc.

Just don't forget to hit the USE THIS ONE selection after uploading it.
