Rating??!!
How does this work? I have been on this board for a while and still haven't figured it out. EG. There is a post in classified which has a 1 star rating. Why and by whom?

It's an average. If one person votes to rate it a 1, that's the rating.

Not all forums have voting enabled. For instance, this one doesn't
