I have Internet Explorer 8. I'm on crappy Hughesnet.

When I open reply window, the little green bar
thingy keeps on operating, and I can't expand window
until it is done, takes over half s minute.
And whole page is down/completed in couple seconds.

Is it trying to read my cookies, or trying to set cookies,
I have hundreds of ad cookies blocked.
