This alert, (top right tab) has been on continuously now for several weeks. It never went away after I read the last PM I received. In fact, there are several even older PMs that still show bold as if they haven't been read yet, although the alert only recently remained on.

Something in the code appears to not be recognizing the fact that I have read a message so that it will unbold the message title, and turn off the alert. Is there anything you can do to reset this? Thanks.

You'll have to clear the site cookies in your browser.

Click Go > Personal Zone > More > Cookies, then click option 2 to clear all the cookies for this site.

Close the browser, then open it. The PM flag should be off.
