Na man, i am currently down at Ft Hood getting ready to go to Bagdad, my home and family are still in North Pole, retire next year and back to AK......proably will work in Fairbanks.

I asked F&G about turkeys in AK. Used to live in North Dakota so i know they can take the cold. The problem is with the daylight cycles in this area. A few turkeys are raised and set free every year but the breed can not flourish without assistance in AK. WTF does have an active chapter and they are kind enough to support my son's skeet league. Wish we had enough of the big birds to hunt here but it doesn't look like it can happen.
