Any reasonable place to rent a 4x4 vehicle in Fairbanks or Anchorage?

ANC charges really high taxes for cars rented at the airport. I don't know about Fairbanks.

I rent cars from Valley Car Rental in Wasilla. Their web site shows phone # of 907-775-2880.

They have been great to work with and the cost is MUCH less than from ANC.
