We're going to see how the Feds divvy up the pie among Alaskans. It is time once again for the Federal Subsistence Board to decide which communities are rural and which are urban. If you live in a rural community, you get ANILCA's Title VIII largesse; if you live in an urban community, you get whatever is left to the State to manage.
If you don't speak up, don't whine about how the pie was split. Of course, even if you do speak up, nothing may come of it
