Jay GorskiPolar bear hunt?
Hello, Guys, How much could one expect to pay for a polar bear hunt on the north pole or wherever I can hunt them? Thanks, Jay

Paul HUnless you are one of the indiginous peoples, you cannot hunt them in Alaska. There are some hunts in Canada, I have no idea what the costs are.

JohnTheGreekThe hunts I have seen in Canada seem to cost around $20-$25K for an area from which the trophy is importable into the US. The hunts taking place in the area from which the trophy cannot be imported into the US are less expensive . . . but not by much.
Best,

TRIGGERHAP2I know of a post office in greenland where they're asking 2500.US for a 5 foot polar bear rug. Kinda sad really....

Join the US Navy ! The SSN Connecticut was in the arctic when a polar bear started to chew the rudder !!It sure looks like a whale ! They do have armed sentries when surfaced in the arctic. Sorry I no longer have the URL that shows the bear in the act of eating the sub.

huntsternorth$20K-$25K isn't too bad for a polar bear hunt when compared to $15K-$20K for an Alaska Peninsula brown bear hunt.
