My guy in Valdez, AK has a couple of openings for excellent hunts at great prices.

HUNT #1... Sept. 6th-12th - 2x1 fully guided boat based black bear.
All-inclusive, no charter fees, no tag drawings. This hunt is conducted
during the salmon spawn. During the month of September there are
literally millions of salmon choking the streams of Prince William Sound.
This super-high protein food source draws in some of the largest black
bears in the world. Typically we see the highest number of bears on this
hunt. Ranges are short and shot opportunities are numerous. This is an
intense hunt mentally as we will have bears breathing down our necks every
day. Physically it is appropriate for hunters of virtually every physical
fitness level. Price - $3,200 per hunter.

HUNT #2... Sept. 15th-22nd 1x1 or 2x1 fully guided trophy mountain goat
hunt. All-inclusive, no charter fees, no tag drawings. We base these
hunts from the live-aboard boat and generally spot the goats right from
salt water. Finding goats is not a problem. The skill necessary is the
ability to determine if the goats we find are large billies located in a
place where we can get to them. We will not climb giant mountains in the
hopes of finding goats. We will only go after a specific large male goat
in an approachable location. I consider myself a mountain specialist and
pride myself on my ability to put clients on trophy goats. Black bear and
sitka black tail deer are available on this hunt as well. Price - $6,500
1x1 or $5,200 2x1 per hunter.
