Alaska is a pretty big state - can you narrow your search down a little ?

Anyone who claims the 30-06 is ineffective has either not tried one, or is unwittingly commenting on their own marksmanship

I can tell you who not to use.
What ever you do check with the Alaska license dept. to make sure they have the license to do it.

Sorry about that, yes we are looking for a coastal boat hunt with a little fishing included.

I don't know of any specific guide services in the Southeast to point you to but I would focus on Southeast AK specifically Prince of Wales Island. Bigger black bears, more of them, and better fishing overall than Prince William sound area origins would be Valdez, Cordova, Whittier, Seward or Homer, which have good black bear hunting and fishing. Either area would give you a good mix of bb hunting and fishing boat based AK experience.
