Scott KingSNOWWOLFE'S RIFLES ARE BOOOOOORIIIIIIIIING!!!!!!!!!
True, I shouldn't complain, I don't have much time anymore for shooting or load development. It took me a month to get a scope on the 9.3 he sold me and get it to the range to sight in. I hadn't loaded any ammo since I got rid of my old RH 9.3 a couple of years ago but did have a couple boxes of Nosler Partitions ahead of some R-15 on the shelf.
So last sunday after church I head out to our Dillingham rifle range and get rather poorly set up on a bench. The seat was a log somebody'd cut and left and the table was a bit unstable to be generous. Not a whole lot of wind, but the bugs are out now so gently squeezing the trigger while they buzz your ear isn't completely calming.
After sight in,........5/8" three shot group. First time, first try. 286g bullets, three shot 5/8". What the heck is that about! No wondering, no experimenting, no searching, just out of the box 5/8" with Noslers.
So much for load development. I guess I'll just go back to work.

SnowwolfeScott,
It's all in the bedding

Seriously though the 9,3's are just tack drivers. No muss, no fuss, just superb accuracy.
How is that 458 of yours coming along?

Scott King.458 is complete, PM sent.
No secret here folks, Snowwolfe has been generously helping me complete the .458. I'll post pictures when I recieve it.

Scott KingTo get back on topic, here is the picture of the target from Snowwolfes 9.3.
Everyone knows the orange dot is 1". Measured center to center of the largest spread of the three shot group is 5/8". Who in the world ever heard of a 286g bullet going 3 shot 5/8" out of the chute so to speak?
I hope the .458 he just helped me with is finicky as hell. This 9.3 sure didn't turn out that way.
As rifle accuracy doesn't interest her in the slightest, Babe remains un impressed.
