DeerdogsAll the guns you'll ever need...
Here you go folks... I'm reluctantly parting company with these two. Shipping to US is not a problem.

FjoldThat 375 is gorgeous but I don't see that second gun. What am I doing wrong?

mlfgunsFrank, I saw a post about 6 weeks ago on a different forum talking about them. I could not remember where.
The second is a British SXS shotgun fully stocked for a lefty, a beauty.
I am curious about the rifle. Since the long lop, is that why the front square bridge is not utilized for a scope base. It appears there is a custom front side mount. Photos don’t depict in detail. Since scopes of late have become hubble scopes with the ever shorter eye relief. I like the idea of the side mount not interfering with the ejection port area in case of a malfunction like a typical extended mount. A close view of the side mount would show how graceful and genius it is. Would like to hear from the OP.

DeerdogsThanks for the interest. The Mounting system is a traditional H&H style. It is fully detachable, but retains zero.
As I understand it, the system avoids any interference to the integrity of the forward rings. It is seen as mark of a "Best" Quality London Rifle, as it takes a lot of work by skilled hands.
The SXS is a 1938 Purdey that was a "Barn Find". Very fresh and hardly any work.It was stocked for RH, but I had it moved across for me. It could easily return to RH.
