Two great hero's David Eastabrook, an Army Ranger 1SG (ret) who served 21 years who served in Irag, Afganistan and was infactg wounded during Blackhawk down in Somolia.
Gabriel Feirros, an infantryman who was deplyed to Iraq 3 time and was wounded on his first and third deployment. He was medically released after 11 years od service.
David was up. On day one we turned the dogs out on a hot strike. The weather was hot and the bear was tough. David ended the chase with a sprint of our own and a quick shot which down the boar as it was bayed up in the brush.

Now each year I offer one of my past hunters to sponsor one of the hero's. Typically he would come and join in on the hunt, this year the donor sent a loyal employee which he felt needed a bonus!!! Awesome.
Marc killed his first bear a nice boar which had an incredible coat.
With one bear left to kill were on to day 5 before finding another shooter. Gabe was inching to close the deal. With the dogs showing treed 3.5km in the woods off we went.
in the tree was a great old boar with worn teeth, Gabe was happy to finish his hunt with a bang!
We had an great hunt , had some laughs and made new friends. We can't wait for next year.
