Ron Lwild boar hunting in Argentina?
I am part of a larger group doing a mixed bag bird hunt in Argentina late July of 2004. This has already been scheduled with deposits being paid. We will be hunting both in Bahia Blanca and Cordoba areas.
I am also interested in wild boar bow hunting with my son before or after the bird hunting.
Does anyone have any contact information for Argentina?
Thanks in advance.

Hawkeye47Ron L.,
Contact John Airala at
www.sportingdestinations.com I hunted with him last September and he is as fine a person as I have hunted with. Plenty of Boar and Deer, fine food, and a wonderful hunt awaits you. He also has all kinds of wingshooting.

LorenzoRon L,
I think you will be able to do your wild boar hunt, but maybe you will have to move to La Pampa region after Baha Blanca's hunt.
Most wild boars hunts in Argentina (without using dogs) are done at a waterhole during the night, so check you'll have enough moon those days.
Talk to your outfitter, you are not asking nothing difficult to organize, just remember you will need plenty of moon.
Good luck

nainitalI can offer wild boar hunting near Baha Blanca if you are so interested. The advice about full moon is sound. Hunting is mostly at night or using dogs, the gauchos way (very dangerous).
