Wyoming 2012
Was hunting out in eastern Wyoming this last fall. We had a great time. Holly shot her first antelope, and I shot my pb Muley. The weather started out 80's during the first couple days and then cooled off and woke up to snow the last 2 days!! It was an awesome time.

Great hunt. I really like the wilderness tent hunt idea. I am really glad you focused on the hunt and not on the bragging of big heads. I recon such is a hunt is far more difficult to do and more memorable - at least for me.

What are all the pick ups? Very curious about them & the porcupine. Did you eat the porcupine? Theya re a delicacy in India & Africa (differnt species).

Johnsy,

Nice! Cherish a women that will hunt with you and like it. A lot of my most memorable hunts have been when Sadie and I got dropped off in the wilderness and spent a week in a backpack tent. I hope you and Holly have many more adventures together.

Mark

Congrats on a good hunt! It looks like you were in the same unit that a friend and I hunted antelope for last fall. We drove down the night it snowed.

Nice!
Based upon the pictures I would guess you were somewhere in the Evanston- Kemmerer-Rocksprings-Flaming Gorge area. Am I close?

I actually like big 3's so nice deer.

I like big old forkies better. We had a friend that killed a forkie that was probably 7 or 8 years old and 30 inches wide.
