I heard an outfitter from Alaska make the statement that there were no 9 or 10 ft. bear in Russia and that they weren't related to the Grizzly or Brown bear of North America. I was under the impression that they were the same
genetics and have seen several pictures of what appeared to be huge Bear that were taken from the Kamchatka area. Any info would be appreciated.
